Mein Mitbewohner schafft mit seinem Win Notebook von meinem Zimmer aus 45 Mbps. Das Internet selbst ist aber extrem langsam, laut rund 2 Mbps Up- und Download. Die Geschwindigkeit laut Verbindungsinformation schwankt zwischen 40 und 135 Mb/s. Deshalb habe ich mir einen TP-Link 300Mbps-WLAN-N-Gigabit-Router TL-WR1043ND zugelegt. Das Wifi ist aber leider so schwach, dass die Verbindung in meinem Schlafzimmer (am anderen Ende der Wohnung) ständig abbricht. Dazu habe ich einen Technicolor TC7200.U Router/Modem bekommen. Seit kurzem habe ich einen UPC Fiberpower 75mBit Anschluss. Ich habe ein ThinkPad E330 mit einem Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 Chipsatz.
